Nova emissió d'FRSH

On Sunday, November 2nd 2025, FRS-Holland will celebrate its 45th anniversary.

Together with you! We warmly invite you to be part of the celebratory broadcast.

That day we will be on the air from 09:52 to 15:05 CET on several frequencies. Of course we will share the exact frequencies with you ahead of the broadcast by e-mail and on our website www.frsholland.nl.

What can you expect? A day full of surprises. We?ll present a number of entertaining and varied programmes with music from the period 1980- 2015. Several interesting topics will run as a common thread through the shows.

In one segment you, as a listener, will play an important role!  We?d like to ask you to be part of our programme content that day. How? If you can, please send us a one-sentence answer to the following question: What does FRS-Holland mean to you?
Let us know! Reply by e-mail or via our POBox 2702 in Herten. A written message is fine; a spoken answer (mp3) is of course even better, but we realize that not everyone has recording facilities. Please put in the 'subject' line of your mail: 'FRS 45 years'.

Because the November broadcast requires a lot of preparation, please send your contribution as soon as possible  in any case before Sunday, October 5th, 2025! It's not much work; think it over and send it. You'll make us very happy: after all, we?d love to involve you, as a loyal listener, in the celebratory broadcast.

Radio Titanic torna a l'ona curta

"Germany's longest-serving free radio station," RADIO TITANIC INTERNATIONAL, which last contaminated the airwaves with its free radio programs 25 years ago, is back on shortwave for you, offering you the unique opportunity to hear the station again, or rather for the first time.

Thanks to the outstanding service provided by the makers of Shortwave Gold and shortwaveradio.de, who gave us the opportunity to celebrate this unique comeback of RTI via their transmitters!

The station was active on various pirate radio frequencies from 1975 to 2000 – some old-timers may still remember this – and is now celebrating its unique comeback on shortwave exactly 50 years after its broadcasting launch in August 1975.

In the first 25 years of its existence, RTI broadcast more than 250 times with its own transmitters and those of its friends, and sent out more than 1,500 printed QSL cards during that time.

In addition to a current programme segment, there will be a retrospective of RTI's station history, as well as various recordings from almost all of the DJs who were hired on the broadcasting ship TITANIC at the time.

The program blocks will be in German, English, Swedish, and Spanish, among others, hosted by all the DJs who contributed announcements and programmes in the years before the millennium. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our friends and many helpers; without your enthusiasm, this project would never have survived 25 years!

There is only one contact option, and only this one, via email:

RadioTitanic@aol.com. This address will be closed at the end of 2025.

Please note: All other postal and email addresses listed in the various broadcast blocks have been invalid for more than 25 years! Printed QSL cards will also no longer be available!

But of course, an eQSL will be issued for accurate, detailed reception reports of at least 15 minutes. Reception observations via SDR world receivers are also welcome. However, please do not send us "Man sings - speech - woman sings - speech reports." Unfortunately, we cannot do anything with that, and these reports will not be responded to. Details are requested, including short audio/video recordings of up to 3MB in size or 2 minutes per report. Unfortunately, our server cannot handle more than that! Please compress the files.

Please also note that due to vacation, we will not respond to emails until late fall or winter 2025. We therefore sincerely ask listeners to be patient and not to file complaints after a few days or weeks. It's pointless!

General criticism of the programs is, of course, very welcome and encouraged.

We wish all old and new listeners uninterrupted reception, good entertainment, and lots of fun listening.

Test de Radio Taiwan

Le service français de Radio Taïwan International est heureux de vous informer que durant le mois d’août 2025, nous procéderons à une diffusion directe depuis le centre de transmission de Tamsui, dans le nord de Taïwan, vers l’Europe et l’Afrique du nord.

 

Afin de préparer au mieux cette activité radiophonique en français, une diffusion-test sera effectuée le dimanche 29 juin en ondes courtes, aux horaires et fréquences suivants :

Fréquence 15145 kHz (325°), 17h00-17h10, temps universel

Fréquence 11995 kHz (325°), 17h15-17h25, temps universel

Fréquence 11995 kHz (325°), 17h30-17h40, temps universel

Fréquence 9550 kHz (315°), 17h45-17h55, temps universel

 

Vos rapports d’écoute sur ces tests par segments de 10 minutes nous aideront à identifier les deux fréquences optimales pour la diffusion du mois d’août « en direct de Tamsui » de 30 minutes dans les meilleures conditions d’écoute possible.

Le programme de cette activité radiophonique en français sera diffusé en Ondes Courtes tous les vendredis, samedis et dimanches du 1^er août au 31 août. Les fréquences et horaires vous seront communiqués après la diffusion-test du 29 juin.
