Programes de From the Isle of Music

We are excited to share our A17 schedule for From the Isle of Music:

1.  Starting April 2, we will be broadcast on SpaceLine from Bulgaria every Sunday from 
1500-1600 UTC  on 9400 Khz using 100Kw.  This is aimed at Eastern Europe, but during test transmissions was well heard in Western Europe and may be audible far beyond Eastern Europe and the Middle East. 
2. Our broadcast to the Americas and parts of Western Europe on WBCQ 7490 Khz will continue Tuesdays 0000-0100 UTC. 
3.  Starting April 4, we will be broadcast on Channel 292, 6070 Khz every Tuesday from 1900-2000 UTC.
4.  Our last Friday broadcast from Channel 292 will be March 31.  However, we will continue Saturdays on Channel 292 6070 Khz from 1200-1300 UTC. 

By popular demand, our first A17 transmission (the week of April 2) will be a replay of the Pablo Menendez/GESI episode (Cuban Fusion & Jazz) followed by a new episode with Mezcla, Pablo Milanes and others the week of April 9.  We look forward to sharing a season of wonderful music and interviews with you.

Nou test de Marconi Radio

Please be advised that  Marconi Radio International will be on the air  with a test transmission today Thursday, 23 March 2017, from 1645 to 1945 on 15070 kHz USB Mode.

Reception reports with audio clips (mp3-file) are welcome and confirmed by QSL verification. Some lucky listeners will ALSO receive our printed QSL card, so don't forget to include your postal address. E-mail: marconiradiointernational (at) gmail.com

Radio Piraña Internacional está transmitiendo por estos días desde algún lugar de América Latina por la frecuencia de 6930 kHz desde aproximadamente las 21:00 UTC  hasta 14:00 UTC. Esto ocurrirá por unos cuantos días más y por ello muchos de los programas se repetirán mientras que  algunos también se harán en directo. También RPI se convertirá por estos días en relé de otras emisoras piratas.

This is the second edition of the VORW Radio International Newsletter, it will be sent out when there is a significant change to the broadcast schedule or if there is a significant update regarding programming or other matters. 
The timing of all shortwave transmissions has changed due to Daylight Saving Time in the United States, please consult the schedule below in order to plan your listening schedule accordingly. 
Likewise, the transmission to Europe has now changed frequencies. Broadcasts to Europe will now be heard on 11580 kHz at 2000 UTC, that converts to 8 PM GMT / 4 PM Eastern. 
VORW Radio International is a light entertainment program, serving listeners in Europe, North America and the world. Programs consist of a mixture of commentary and listener-requested music.
